Once your payment is confirmed and the file has been delivered, it is considered used, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be provided.
This policy helps us protect our digital assets and maintain fair use for all customers.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical issue.
- You did not receive your download link after payment (and have contacted support within 7 days).
- The file is corrupted or incomplete, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement.
